Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition.

Package the item securely in its original packaging
Use the prepaid return shipping label provided
Send the package back to us

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Custom jewelry, engraved items, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.
